Poernima Dance Company is looking for professional Bharata Natyam Dancers based in The Netherlands for paid R&D for our upcoming dance production. This R&D will focus on researching material departing from Bharata Natyam and translating it to Gobardhan’s movement language. We’ll be working with three dancers.
Requirements:
We are looking dancers with a strong Bharata Natyam background who simultaneously have the ability to move from their own developed physicality. Preferably you have done your Arangetram. Experience in working as a dancer within a dance production is a pre but not a must.
Where: The Hague, The Netherlands
Period: Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 8 hours a day in november 2025. (exclusive availability is not required)
