Call out for dancers

Poernima Gobardhan is looking for London-based Bharata Natyam Dancers for paid R&D. This R&D will focus on researching material departing from Bharata Natyam and translating it to Gobardhan’s movement language. We are looking for three dancers with a strong Bharata Natyam background who simultaneously have the ability to move from their own developed physicality.

Where: East London Dance, London, UK

Period: 19 February – 28 February 2024 (exclusive availability is not required, minimum of two days, no weekends)

Fee: £110 per day
